| So I think Golds has completely forgotten about xanga world so I guess I'll update for the poor boy. Lots of stuff has change in my bestest buddy life since the last time he updated. After a long stay at SFASU he is about to graduate and move on to hopefully a job. Not that we wish him to go but i think we can all agree that you would hate to spend years at SFA to not get a job. So friend if you happen to read this know that you are in my thoughts and prayer that you get an amazing job and to an amazing future with whoever it might be. As for other news Golds is also finally offically dating a GIRL. lol Just kidding he'd wouldn't date a man despite his very realistic gay guy act he is straight. Trust me I KNOW!!!... Shes a sweet girl but I'm still getting use to her as she takes all the time we use to spend together. I guess it was bound to happen one day ! ! ! His reign as the BYX president is ending but BUCs is not. I watch this guy put more heart and effort into the BYXs chapter at SFA than I knew possible and weather he know it of not Bucs is still here not solely of him but does have alot to do with him. As for everything else I really don't know. His phone habits have improve greatly and we all really do appreciate that. Golds I love you to death and wish you well as your career ends at SFA stuff would not of been the same with out you in each of our lives. If you agree and xanga world is not dead show him! - G. A. | Well this semester's gone down the drain in a hurry. I'm waving bye-bye to my dream of graduating with a 3.0.
Here's my choices. Withdraw completely. Or hope to pass a few classes, wreck my GPA & be here this summer anyway.
I don't know what my housing situation is or else it would be an easy choice. At any rate, my mind must be made up by Apr 24.
To be continued.

This past week has been a busy one. SFA BYX had our annual Island Party on 4/1/06. It ran really smoothly although the crowd attendance was down from last year. I believe it was due to lack advertising this year. Trust me, nobody is more aware of our advertising problems than me. I really wish the guys would rally together & put on a mass advertising campaign. The only problem is that advertising requires two valuable resources: time and money.

Island Party was fun to say the least! It was good to finally be a part of one of our parties that ran smoothly & was pretty stress free. Here's to good planning! We ran out of hot dogs but have hamburgers left. If any reader is intrested, we have SFA IP shirts still for $10. We had a fair number of people who probably don't know the Lord come out. That's really what it's about. I'd rather have 20 lost people there than 200 saved ones.
Pictures of our last softball game coming soon hopefully. We finished 3-3. I pitched all but one game (which we lost) & ended the season hitting .667. More details on this soon.

Hey, I wanted to share a few stories and pictures with BYX guys around the nation. And explain a few things.
This is a picture of 4 of us at the ZTA house in Mar. We held a Bible study with them on a Tues night at the house. With about 30% of them showing and about 70% of us, we weren't terribly overmatched. This is where I learned the official "sorority girl pose" (performed by request only). Bible studies w/sororities are an awesome idea, especially if you end it like we did: Ice Cream & root beer floats for everyone!! Besides, its truly something that no other fraternity will do.

This is us at Space Party (Mar 5). Space part was at the Jade Monkey, where three of the guys live. The turnout wasn't great (about 50'ish), but it was the first open party we've done like that in a long while. Moon pies and tang were served (but not enjoyed) by all. The party was a duck until we had a moonpie eating/tang drinking contest & turned it into a dance party (see above). Also, we constructed a ghetto spaceship out of 23 banana boxes we got from Wal-Mart. The grilled burgers were from Tractor Pull. Total cost: $50'ish.

Here's the guys (and a girl or two) at pledge banquet at Chilis. My date went to date-hell, but otherwise the guys had a pretty good time. Besides, you can't get guys dressed up that often. I am pictured the last guy to the right.
